This license ends automatically if you breach these terms and may be terminated by us at any time. Upon termination, you must delete any downloaded materials in your possession, whether electronic or printed.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
• Prices and features may change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes in advance.
• All billing is processed through our secure payment provider. We do not store your payment information.

• We aim to be fair. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using paid features after subscribing, contact us within 7 days and we will work with you to make it right, which may include a refund at our discretion.
• We generally do not offer refunds for partial billing periods after successful use, accidental purchases, or change-of-mind, but we will review on a case-by-case basis.

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We store only what is necessary to operate the Service (for example, your resume content, versions, and account identifiers). See the Privacy Policy for details.
• You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to process and store your content as needed to provide the Service.

The Service software, design, and branding are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.

This includes the source code, UI/UX design, logo, name, and any proprietary technology used to power the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee job outcomes, interview success, or third-party decisions.

While we strive to provide a high-quality service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use the Service at your own discretion.

Materials in the Service may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any materials are accurate, complete, or current. We may change materials at any time without notice and do not make any commitment to update them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and ceasing to use the Service.
